We provide comprehensive surface preparation

Advanced chemical pretreatment techniques (degreasing and phosphating) as well as shot blasting ensure proper and professional preparation of components for coating. We fully understand how crucial this stage is for both the physical performance and the visual quality of the finished coating. The consistency and repeatability of our surface preparation processes mean you can expect reliable and predictable results.

We operate two coating lines and two curing ovens. This allows us to coat in two colors simultaneously. The maximum dimensions of components we can process are:
