Powder Coating

• We offer professional powder coating services for steel, galvanized, and aluminum components, serving both individual customers and companies from the construction, automotive, electromechanical, and home appliance (white goods) industries.

• We also provide comprehensive wheel refurbishment services for steel and aluminum rims, including rim blasting, scratch and dent removal, rim edge repair, powder coating with primer, topcoat color, and optional powder clear coat.

Two Forced-Air Curing Ovens

Our powder coating facility is equipped with two coating stations. The modern curing ovens feature a forced-air circulation system, ensuring uniform temperature distribution and preventing discoloration or overheating, especially in light-colored finishes.

In our facility, we can coat components with the following maximum dimensions:

• Length: 2800 mm

• Width: 1100 mm

• Height: 1600 mm

In-house Laboratory

We continuously expand our in-house laboratory, where we evaluate key properties and parameters of coated surfaces, including:

• Coating thickness (in accordance with PN-EN ISO 2808:2008) — ensures optimal coverage

• Coating hardness — provides resistance to damage and abrasion

All tests and inspections are carried out using ISO-compliant equipment with certified calibration.
